Develop a strategic marketing business plan

The continuous changes that occur in the environment, becoming more frequent, force companies to permanent stability and adaptability, which is, likewise, changes in the goods and services, customer services, administrative procedures, in production technologies and the capacity and preparedness of managers and general employees, for which companies must be able to apply a marketing approach that can stimulate and strengthen the management processes in our organizations.

Cuban organizations, and now specifically the cactus, they are not foreign to this reality, and therefore have to rely on new strategic approaches to manage their processes so that respond to changes imposed on the environment and assume the challenges ahead to achieve high levels of competitiveness and continuous adaptation and renewal in the context in which they operate.

Then required to think and act in innovative ways to develop value-creating activities, get out of the circle of productivity by reducing costs and moving to a rewarding job in promoting those companies that differentiate specific values.

It is in this context that marketing plays an important role, provided it is established a close relationship with corporate strategy and is properly managed, which is also one of the prerequisites for better business performance in current market conditions preponderance and knowledge management.

That is why this research proposes a procedure for the preparation of the strategic marketing plan cactus business. The same is seen supported by theoretical precepts of marketing known authors who have addressed the issue and can be applied to all organizations of the Cuban business by its characteristics and peculiarities.
